This is a partial transcript of an interview between Dr. Jane Ruby and Sasha Latypova, from Team Enigma.
Sasha is a former Pharmaceutical Analyst, now whistleblower.

Summary ~ Due to this law, if your child gets injured by a vaccine you have to go to a separate vaccine court, that is not a normal court and if you win, your compensation is from the American taxpayers, not the pharmaceutical companies.

Under the Public Health Emergency of today "Medical Counter measures" or MCM, are not regulated or safeguarded as normal pharmaceutical products. These substances under an Emergency Act are not subject to any pharmaceutical regulation. They all are under protection as long as they follow the government orders, or the Department of Defense orders.

Dr. Jane Ruby asks Sasha Latypova, former Pharmaceutical Analyst, "Why the hell is my government trying to kill me?"

Latypova answers, "First I want to clarify when I say DA, DOD, our government, our Congress; what I mean is their is a group of perpetrators, and that's usually the top levels of these organizations that's aware of what's going on. The majority of even Congress, I assure you, do not understand what's happened. They don't understand this framework and it's important to educate them on this, and the same goes for the staffers of the FDA. There's thousands of workers within Pfizer and Moderna clueless, but they should figure out what they are participating in very soon.

Why are they doing it? The group, the cabal that is driving this has been captured by forces external to the United States and other countries. (My note, due to English not being her first language, she means that external forces have captured and used this agenda for their own purposes). This is global, they are meeting in Davos just now right? Secretly. If you look at the recorded meetings nobody there makes a secret out of the plans to control World population. There are video recordings by the usual suspects, Klaus Schwab, Bill Gates, Yuval Harari, all these people. They openly state that the World population needs to be controlled. There are all these 'useless eaters', and they go to implement these plans."

Dr. Ruby then says, "When President Trump signed that Executive Order on September 19th, 2019 it says to create one committee. What he essentially did was consolidate the alphabet agencies all under the power of the HHS which then answers to the DOD. Any minute they could declare a National Emergency and try to lock us down."
​
Latypova replies, "Yes, that's exactly what they are trying to do and they did already with this first Pandemic. So all of these agencies, Tedros tells them something, and they all like, (salute), 'yes sir". They practiced this one twenty times before they did the real deal. This year the WHO wants to completely enshrine, to make it legally binding. Up to now this has just been based on recommendations. Now WHO wants to make it legally binding and Biden can't run fast enough to go and sign up for this.

Whenever they dream a new stupid thing, like they say there's a tree pandemic, you are endangering grass, climate change, whatever... the whole world has to go on lockdown.

Or if they say there is a new virus then a state has to shut down. The states and Attorney General from the States have to look at this very carefully. Are you going to sign up for this B.S.? Because then your state is gone and your revenue is gone."

Dr. Ruby then says, "So the states could go down one at a time if they do something stupid and they don't pay attention to this."

Part II "The Pharmaceutical Industry is really our Government in disguise." ~ Dr. Jane Ruby

Jane askes, "Do you think that they will actually try to implement in the next year or so, another lock down?"

Latypova replies, "Yes, there is a very clear plan. James Roguski is covering it very well from Substack. He has actions you can take.

People are saying, 'I defeated the lockdowns, I didn't wear a mask, I didn't follow the rules.' Well, you defeated it, and good for you, everybody should do that, you should practice disobedience, but this time it was easy because they were recommendations only. WHO issued recommendations, CDC issued recommendations, and now they are claiming, 'We didn't insist on anything, it was just over zealous school boards that masked your children.

Now the next round which they are implementing within months although they said they'd implement it in 2024, but they want to sneak it under everyone's radar screen. They want to solidify it and make it legally binding and the Biden Administration is eager to sign up for this. They want to make it legally binding, not just recommendation. Whenever WHO announces a Global Pandemic which they can announce based on anything they dream up. They can say that in the jungle of New Guinea is a new virus that affects monkeys, so all of the United States has to go into lockdown. So that's how it's written, it's absolutely insane, and it's written by Psychopaths. The Biden Administration is very eager to sign up to those rules. So next time around it's going to be legally binding and much harder to fight. We need to proactive."

Dr. Judy reacts, "How are they going to enforce it, do you anticipate? It could be civil war in some places, some pockets of the United States, and maybe the world, I don't know. It's not going to go down as easily as the first time."

Latypova replies, "I don't want any violence. It's important to be proactive in speaking up and educating our Legislators at all levels... Next time around they plan a much more brutal execution of this."

Dr. Ruby finishes her sentence by saying, "Because t hey know it's going to be a fight".

Jane Ruby asks, "I want to talk about these Contracts. You were one of the first people again, last year and earlier, to talk about these Pfizer contracts. Very few people know them as well as you do, you've been tracking them. I'd like to know what contracts Pfizer has with the United States which would be Pfizer and the DOD, which now appears to be one entity in some ways, but also the contracts with other countries. Remember last year when we talked about, "Hey, in these Pfizer contracts it's coming out there there are stipulations, that if a country doesn't take a certain amount of the shots, buy it, store it, and whatever, then they have to turn over their military bases, and I was asking you Sasha, Why would a pharmaceutical company want to own military bases from a bunch of countries all over the world?"

Latypova: "When people say Pfizer, they think private pharmaceutical company operating as a private company. Right now in these contracts for Covid Countermeasures they are actually operating as a government entity. The government kind of captured them. They are essentially a private business fused with the government."
Latypova: "The ridiculousness of a private U.S. Manufacturer going to a foreign sovereign government telling them that you will buy this, you cannot test it, you cannot ask quesitons, you will pay regardless if we deliver or not. If your citizens are injured and sue you and win then you pay, and if you can't pay you give us your military assets. So people were like, 'How insane is that? And, why would Pfizer want military assets?' That's why, it's not Pfizer as a private Pharmaceutical company. Pfizer is part of the U.S. government, and the U.S. government wants those bases."

Dr. Jane Ruby: "BOOM! That's the answer! That makes everything make sense now, right?"

Latypova: "Yes, it does make sense why they wrote it that way and they felt that they had enough enforcement power to enforce one hundred some countries in the world to suspend their National legislation because it also says you cannot change the laws of your country to alter the liability issues in regard to this contract. So they are dictating to all the countries in the world that they cannot practice their legislative power. That's not Pfizer, that's the U.S. government."

Dr. Jane Ruby, "Something crossed my mind. Everyone's afraid of the New World Oder like it's going to come as some outside entity and take over the United States. It's happening within the United States. From what you just explained, am I piecing it together that if the DOD now is the monster with these other cabalist's, they are capturing the world, not for the United States, because that won't exist as we know it, as American citizens. But to be the New World Order, (it) kind of comes out of us."
Latypova: "Yes, they've captured, the cabal, if you watch their presentations. There is a great compilation of high ranking officials like Obama and Nancy Pelosi, and earlier than that, Bush Sr. They are all on record as saying, "New World Order, New World Order. It's like forever, this compilation of clips, because that's their plan. They were captured a long time ago, to institute this.

People say, 'Why would our military shoot at us?' And I am saying, (in unison), 'they aren't our military anymore. The regular service members don't know any better, but I also want them to be educated on this. You've been captured to execute this plan and it has nothing to do with the interests of regular American people like us. It has to do with interests of Central Bankers somewhere in Europe, or wherever they are."

Dr. Jane Ruby: "I think this is a major revelation. The New World Order, like an infection will come out of the U.S. while everyone's looking around out to the world for this big bad wolf to come and swallow us. It's brilliant when you think about it. Just destroy from within, right?"

Latypova: "Destroy from within, because they knew they could not capture us from without. America is too big, too powerful and we are all armed. They can't possibly invade us, we are our own continent. They have to take it from within.
​
I want people to understand that within these contracts, going back to the U.S. now, the Pfizer DOD contracts, the way they are written; first of all they utilize the framework that DOD uses for personal weapons, and they're a high user of this particular frame work, it's called, 'Other Transaction Authority', "

Latypova continues, "While eleven government agencies use it. DOD is a high user of this framework, and it's completely inappropriate for pharmaceuticals. They use it to buy weapons. This framework allows them to order undisclosed products from otherwise regulated industries, bypassing regulations. Also, they can bypass all regulations, they can suspend regulations and they can keep a lot of things secret including from other branches of the government. All of these contracts are OTA, all of them. And also, while there's a lot of language in these contracts saying that Pfizer has to comply with GMP and do clinical trials and get approvals from the FDA, those are just words for distraction, they have no enforcement power. When you get to the scope of the contract, scope has explicit clause saying that the clinical trials and manufacturing practice compliance is out of the scope of the contract, and the government is explicitly not paying for it. The government is not ordering it, and there's no meaningful way to enforce those things, other than it just says, someday, Pfizer will do it."

Dr. Jane Ruby, "Wow, I think we've kinda just put some pieces together. Have you ever thought of it, that the New World Order would actually come out of us? I mean, it will stun the American people, and it will stun the world. Because everyone's thinking it's maybe Daovs, China or Russia, or the B.S. in the Ukraine, using that as a planting ground.
