Russian Hackers say Sputnik Vax is able to track people

This video was originally found by me on Russian owned Telegram. Some Russian men are claiming to have hacked Covid19 data tracking systems and finding their own friend's data. The video has text in order to translate it. Whether this is legitimate I do not know. However, what I do know is that it is possible to track vital signs and other information from a specially designed injection.
