The UK Government has produced a 110 page handbook which is free and available on line called: Human Augmentation – The Dawn of a New Paradigm Keep in mind, this is an actual UK Government document.
Listed in the handbook are a variety of methods of human augmentation, also known as "transhumanism". They start by talking about things like gene edited enhanced sight.
Page 60 gets quite scary when they start talking about implants, which they call "body hacking". Admitted is the magnetic component in all of this.
Page 70 talks about bio-enhanced soldiers.
Please go and review the entire manual at the link above. This isn't Science Fiction, this is our new reality.
